What Did the Popes Say about the Renewal

The Pontifical council for the Laity , decrees the recognition of ICCRS as a body for the promotion of the CCR with a Juridcal Personality , accoding to Can116, approving thieir staues in thier Form ,depocsited in the archives of this Dicastry  from the vatican 14 sept 1993 Feast of the Glorificaion of the cross.

1975 Pope Paul vi described the CCR in the Spirit as "A chance for the Church and for the World"

1983 Popes Deligate to the CCR Leon Joesph  Cardinal Suenens wrote " At the Art of the World inbued with a rationalistic sceptiscm , a new expirince of the holy spirit suddenly burst forth. and , since then, that expirience has assumed a breadth of a world wide renewal momnent , what the new testament tells us about he charisms- which we have seen as visible signs of the comming of the spirit - is not just ncient history, over and done with, for it is once again becomming extremely topical"
